All in-stock orders dispatch within 48 hours from our workshop. You will receive a tracking transmission once the package is scanned.

Because each drop is numbered and packed in sequence, we cannot modify orders after confirmation. Double-check your size before entering the drop.

Our runners and court styles fit true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomy toe box, go up one half size. Slides run wide by design.

At this time we build on a standard D width last. Members with wider feet typically size up one half size in the runner and court silhouettes.

Every style in an Index is produced in a single run. Once the counter hits the final number, the moulds are retired and we do not restock.
